Workshop: The Dynamics of Whanaungatanga – A Maori Systematic Model of Wellbeing

An overview of our DoW System including models for Tapu (Wellbeing) and recognising where Violation of Tapu has occurred and possible ways to respond in terms of the Hohou Rongo (Restoration).

Albert is the Director and Facilitator for Kāwei Limited, a Learning and Development Company that own and deliver the Dynamics of Whanaungatanga (DoW), a ‘Maori Values Framework’.

DoW was originally, developed in 1992 by Pa Henare Tate (PhD); and is a system based on traditional Māori concepts that underpin Māori culture and society and designed to help individuals and organisations create more consistent ‘Values-Based Behaviour’ and decision-making in their everyday activities and relationships.
